b. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
c. If you fail to show up for a scheduled service, you will be charged the full service cost.

Cancellation by the Company:
a. In the rare event that we need to cancel a service, we will notify you as soon as possible.
b. If we need to cancel a service, we will offer you a rescheduled date and time at no additional cost.
c. If we are unable to provide a rescheduled date and time, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds:
a. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
